What to Know: Nominating Committee members collaborate to recruit candidates for SOA Leadership, serve a 2-year term, and refrain from serving as an SOA Leadership candidate or elected SOA Leadership member while serving on the Nominating Committee. Nominating Committee members for 2026-2027 may also help plan a Coffee Chat providing information to potential candidates. Committee work will take place through virtual meetings and email, with the bulk of the work expected in December-May.
